Invitation to 24^th Blood Donation Drive

With reference to the above matter, on behalf of the 24^th Blood Donation Drive Organizing Committee, I am pleased to inform you that we will be organizing our 24^th Blood Donation Drive. Details as below:

DATE: 30^th  NOVEMBER until 3^rd DECEMBER 2009 (MONDAY – THURSDAY)

TIME:  9am-6pm

VENUE: MULTIMEDIA UNIVERSITY, Cyberjaya (MPH Extension)

2.             Our aim for this blood donation drive is to collect blood to help those in need. As we know, many people in this community need a specific kind of help. And they might need it anytime. They may have serious injuries, or life - threatening diseases, or severe burns. All of them require frequent blood transfusions.  Minority groups also have something special to contribute as everyone has different type of blood. Thus, it is important that everyone participate in blood donation programs.

3.             In line with this event, we would like to cordially invite all the employees in your company to join us in this Blood Donation Drive. Besides that, we would like to ask for the permission to hang our blood donation poster at your company, so that it will remind all your employees and give all the details about this blood donation activity. Other than that, it helps to spread this good news too. All of your gracious presence will certainly make this blood donation drive more successful.
