PRIMA AVENUE OPEN FUTSAL CHALLENGE 2010

Greetings to all Futsal enthusiasts,

It's the time of the year again! PRIMA AVENUE, with the support of OLDTOWN WHITE COFFEE @ Cyberjaya, THE WALK, WHERE ELSE DELIGHT, KITCHEN VILLAGE and PADI HOUSE RESTAURANT is proud to announce that the much anticipated Prima Avenue Futsal tournaments (for both men and women) is just around the corner, ready than ever to crown the next ultimate champions. The respective winners will not only be assured of lucrative and irresistible prizes, but also the ever so priceless bragging rights! So put on your team's jerseys and come on over to join us at the Prima Avenue's Sports & Recreation Area.

This tournament which will run from Monday 3^rd MAY to end of  JUNE 2010, is OPEN for ALL.  There will be two categories, a Men's category and a Women's category. Those who are interested will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. Each team is to be comprised of 8 players (including 3 reserves).  Matches will be scheduled after 6:45pm on Mondays and Thursdays.

Very attractive rewards await the winners, runners-up, 3rd and 4th placed teams. 

An entry fee of RM50 per team is to be imposed to cover the management costs and to ensure full participation from each team as walkovers will no longer be an option. This entry fee is payable on balloting day (on Friday April 30th at 6pm at Where Else Delights Cafe).

The Release of Liability Form and the Team Registration Forms for you to download (download links below), fill up and return to the organizer before 6pm, Friday April 30th, 2010.
