How to apply?

1. Download “Cyberjaya Privileged Card (CPC)”  Application Form (.pdf)

2. Fill up the form (no worries, it's just a simple form with 5 fields), sign and date it.

3. Physically submit the form (duly filled) together with the RM5 1st year membership fee to Cyberview Help Desk as the following address:

4. Wait for the card as the application shall be processed immediately and your CPC card shall be ready within 10-15 minutes. You can reach for newspaper or magazine and sit on the puffy couch while waiting for the card to be ready.
